Worst company everThough Distacart did package my order (don't know if order was correct because I never received the product), they ship with idiotic shipping partners who are illiterates. When Distacart asked me to verify my shipping information, I did and they mentioned that they forwarded it to 'Genie Exports India Pvt Ltd’. This is the second time my package was mis-handled. However, the first time they did a few months ago, I received my package within 1 week because the shipping partner in USA who received my package called me up and confirmed that my package arrived. As of today, I still have not received (already 5 days). DHL confirmed that the package was sent to Ontario and they could not give me any more details even if I verified that I was the receiver.
